Dr. Brandon Lynch is a board-certified general surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who joined Lynch Surgical Group in 2017. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, where he also obtained certification in Da Vinci robotic surgery. In 2025, he was honored with the Indiana University School of Medicine Teaching Impact Award for his contributions to medical student education.

Dr. Lynch specializes in robotic surgery with a focus on complex hernia repair, reflux and hiatal hernia treatment, colorectal surgery, and thoracic procedures. His clinical experience ranges from routine operations—such as inguinal hernia repairs and cholecystectomies—to advanced surgeries including lung lobectomies and abdominal wall reconstruction with component separation.
As of January 2026, he has performed more than 1,100 robotic procedures.
